In this pivotal role, you'll drive both strategic and operational P&C initiatives, providing essential support to our group functions and making a real impact on our organization's growth.
As the go-to person for all people-related matters, you'll play a crucial role in driving the company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning our P&C processes with business objectives. What will you do?
- Advise and coach group leaders on employee relations, performance management, change management, engagement, and legal compliance.
- Drive and develop P&C projects, process improvements, and data management efforts to support business growth and decision-making.
- Guide group managers on P&C policies and best practices to resolve issues and enhance employee experience.
- Work and collaborate closely with local and group P&C colleagues to deliver seamless P&C services for group employees.
- Contribute to the recruitment process for group functions by helping to attract talented individuals who align with our business needs and culture.
- Champion Foxway culture by fostering a positive and engaging work environment rooted in our core values.
- Contribute and collaborate to efforts impacting diversity, equity and inclusion to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and able to thrive.
We would like you to have:
- Several years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a global or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR legal matters and employee relations, with expertise in Swedish labor law.
- Strong business acumen, ability to balance both strategic and operational HR tasks effectively.
- Skilled in using data to drive strategic decisions and support continuous improvement.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with HR systems.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, proactive mindset with a commitment to learning and driving organizational change.
