Senior Program Director

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Program Director for our Group Innovation and Business Development team. In this critical role, you would lead key group-wide projects with a strong emphasis on Commercial Excellence. You will drive strategic initiatives, support M&A activities, and ensure the successful execution of our Value Creation Plan (VCP) to foster long-term business growth and innovation.
You will use your skills for:
- Program leadership: Oversee and manage group-wide initiatives, focusing on Commercial Excellence, ensuring projects align with Foxway’s strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
- Process management: Drive improvements in general process management across the organization, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- M&A support: Play a key role in M&A activities, providing analytics and integration support to ensure successful acquisitions and their smooth integration into the Foxway business structure.
- Value creation: Contribute to the execution of the Value Creation Plan (VCP), working closely with the rest of the Group Innovation & Business Development team to drive the company’s strategic initiatives.
- Extensive experience in program management or senior leadership roles, with expertise in Commercial Excellence and process management.
- Skilled in M&A activities, including analytics and integration support.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, driving long-term innovation and growth.
- Excellent communication skills in English, a tech-savvy, proactive approach to problem-solving.
