About the Role:
Arj Global is collaborating with a leading client in Sweden to implement a new digital product, Purchase Issue Resolution, which will serve as a global tool for managing purchase-related support requests, such as customer returns and claim resolutions. This innovative product will replace parts of the client's legacy system, which currently handles over 5 million customer support cases worldwide.
As a Software Engineer Consultant, you will be joining a dynamic Customer Support Case product team that includes a product owner, product specialist, UX/UI designer, engineering manager, and software engineer. The team is responsible for the entire product vertical, from UI to infrastructure and Dev Ops, and operates in a self-sufficient, collaborative environment. You will be involved in planning and implementing new features, improving workflows, and supporting existing products.
