Student Assistant | Business Intelligence

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are now looking for a talented and motivated student to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in the dynamic field of business intelligence, but also to learn from our BI professionals.
Our Business Intelligence team provides our internal teams with various tools and insights, to promote data-driven decision-making and strategic insights to improve business performance and Boozt’s continued successful growth.
As a Student Assistant, you will assist with the maintenance and optimization of applications, that contain business-related data, in our BI-system Qlik Sense. You will collect data, and create given dashboards in Qlik Sense for the Commercial teams to be able to make the right strategic decisions in their daily work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintenance of applications containing miscellaneous business-related data in our BI-system Qlik Sense
  
• Optimize slow and old applications and ensure that all data is up-to-date and works smoothly
  
• Add additional information to apps, based on requests from teams across marketing
  
• Update and maintain Google sheets that are exported to Qlik Sense
  
• Assist in analyzing, developing, and implementing recommendations for continuous process and system improvements
  
• Create Qlik Sense dashboards and reports that will secure optimal execution of our day-to-day business
  

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in the role, you have a great interest in technology, IT, and preferably coding. You are organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Your approach to problem-solving is proactive and together with curiosity, you have a drive to learn, develop, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Currently studying at a Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Technology, Computer Science, Business or similar
  
• Experience and an interest in working with data, Excel, and preferably Qlik Sense or similar tools
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  
• Ability to work 16-20h/week
