British American Tobacco Sweden has an exciting opportunity for a Student Assistant in Trade Marketing in Malmö

We are seeking a driven and passionate Student Assistant to join our Sweden organisation in our office in Malmö, where you will support our Trade Marketing team.
You will join our Swedish business unit with engaged and highly experienced colleagues who all focus on delivering upon our strategy and set objectives creating true value to our Nordic business. We are all dynamic professionals that work in an international environment where the ambitious mindset and focused approach is supported greatly by skilled, diverse profiles.
The position will be split between our Key Account department, National sales manager & Brand Activation team, where you will support on various tasks involving analysis of performance, assist with implementing new products to market and optimizing relationship with our customers. You will be given responsibility for your own tasks and projects from the beginning, allowing you to learn, grow and develop. In this position you will get a broad understanding of how the trade team works within a large FMCG company. Working hours will be coordinated with your line-manager, but it is expected that you can be in the office 2 days per. week (minimum 20 hours per. week).

Your key responsibilities will include:

Support National Sales Manager and Area Sales Managers with optimizing Field Force ways of working
Conduct analysis of performance and improvements across categories and brands
Support Key Account with delivering information and news to market
Support the Brand Activation team planning and executing campaigns and brand activities
Support with following up on campaigns and KPI tracking
Support the Key Account team with sales administration
Support the Key Account team with sales analysis & BC

What are we looking for?

You are currently enrolled at a university and is completing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics or similar
You speak fluently Swedish or one Scandinavian language & English
You are structured and with strong communication skills
You thrive with tasks that require strong attention to detail
Have an ability to work independently and drive own projects and tasks
Have advanced Excel and Power Point skills
You have a desire to constantly evolve and learn
Project/timeline management skills
