We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who excels at building relationships and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to join our international receruitment team. The successful candidate must be fluent in English, Finnish and Swedish.
Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will oversee the entire hiring process, managing every aspect from start to finish. You will engage daily with managers, applicants, and external partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. By staying informed about industry trends and developments, you will act as a proactive collaborator, providing inspiration and critical assessment when needed.
Your key tasks include:
1.Managing the entire application process by ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.
2.Maintaining communication by keeping in touch with all involved parties (internal and external).
3.Stay updated on labor market trends and developments.
4.Utilize various channels to promote our brand and engage with potential candidates about their careers at SD Worx.
Who You Are:
1.A minimum of 1-3 years of recuitment experience in Saa S or IT.
2.Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a relevant field.
3.Proven experience in managing relationships with applicants and managers.
4.Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English is mandatory.
Your Team:
You will be a part of a dynamic team of over 30 colleagues from Europe and Mauritius, working closely with 4 colleagues from Sweden, Belgium, and the UK. Together, we continuously improve our internal processes using LEAN principles. We combine weekly virtual meetings with in-office collaboration, balancing productive discussions with plenty of laughter.
