We now recruit Team Manager – Cyber Security
As a Team Manager, you will make a difference and build a new IT environment to support quickly growing Elisa IDS businesses.
In this key position, you will join a growing international team and report to Head of IDS IT Management. Your closest colleagues will be the IT and development departments along with business functions in different IDS companies around the world. However, in a matrix, you will be working in close cooperation with Elisa Group Cyber Security department and other subject matter experts.
This position can be located in a variety of countries where IDS businesses have an office, such as Sweden, Romania, Slovakia or Poland. Like the rest of the Elisians, you can work flexibly to achieve the best results. The working times follow Central European Time.
Your Main Responsibilities Are:

• Team lead for the Cyber Security team. You will need to build the team from scratch
• Develop and implement a long-term cyber security roadmap jointly with Elisa CISO Office
• Identify and address immediate vulnerabilities
• Establish and maintain a IDS Group level incident management process
• Select and manage MSSPs
• Oversee security policies and controls across the IDS business function
• Collaborate with leadership to align cyber security strategies with business objectives
• Support IDS IT teams and business in their functional needs within the domain
• Project Manager for key projects for the team

To succeed in this position, the following is needed:

• 5+ year of working in cyber security, information security or similar
• 5+ year of experience leading an international team
• Knowledge of current regulations and standards (ISO27001, NIS2…)

The work effort is supported by:

• You having worked in a software company
• Experience of merger and acquisition procedures
• Strong understanding of risk-based security approaches
• Hands-on experience with policy management, incident management, and security tool selection
• Ability to work strategically while also managing day-to-day security operations
• Capability of producing visually good quality documents with a clear messaging
• Bachelor’s or a higher degree, e.g. in engineering or computer science
• Personal characteristics such as being curious, business minded, positive, structured, having strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
• Solid communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel max 15%
