- Be the face of our Aftersales team: You’ll help ensure that every customer feels supported and valued after their purchase.
- Deliver Technical Expertise: Assist customers with troubleshooting and product inquiries while empowering internal teams with the technical insights they need to succeed.
- Maximize Sales Opportunities: Identify sales potential both externally, through customer interactions, and internally by supporting cross-functional
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and that internal processes align smoothly.
- Sales & Support Expert: You’ve got a proven track record in B2B sales and know how to combine that with stellar customer service, internally and externally.
- Technical Knowledge: Whether from a commercial or technical background, you understand our products and can communicate their benefits to clients
- Internal Partner: You’re as comfortable collaborating with colleagues as you are speaking with customers. Your support drives success,
- Adaptable & Proactive: You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working in both customer-facing and internal support roles.
- Language skills: You write and speak English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.
