Test Lead – Agile Software Testing & Automation

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with a passion for quality assurance to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing a globally-used shopping app. In this role, you’ll drive testing initiatives within agile, cross-functional teams to ensure top-notch app performance and user experience. This role is ideal for a test lead experienced in software testing and automation who thrives in collaborative, agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing efforts across agile teams, focusing on system and functional testing to maintain high app standards.
- Implement and oversee test automation to improve testing efficiency and app reliability.
- Collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, and designers to ensure a seamless testing process and align with project goals.
- Strong experience in software testing and test leadership within agile teams
- Proven skills in test automation
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Kotlin, Swift, automated API, or UI testing is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 400,00kr - 500,00kr per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 214 32 Malmö: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
