Workstream Lead – Release & Go Live

Overview:
A leading Swedish bank is undertaking a significant transformation within the B2B Leasing & Factoring sector. As the Workstream Lead for Release & Go Live, you will drive the Release & Go Live workstream across the program, ensuring seamless launch planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align the Go Live strategy with program stakeholders.
- Oversee Release & Launch planning, execution, and scope management.
- Lead the release, service management, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage program infrastructure and environment readiness.
- Coordinate with vendors, workstreams, and third-party partners.
- Develop and maintain the Go Live Run Book and Hypercare plan.
- Oversee resource allocation, Go Live decision-making, and program-to-line handover.
- Participate in program management and report to the Program Manager.
- Experience: 10+ years in large, complex projects/programs, especially in Core Banking Transformation.
- Specialized Skills: Expertise in Release & Go Live planning, data migration, and infrastructure management.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; proficient in Swedish and English.
- Additional Skills: Vendor management, multicultural team experience, and understanding of Factoring, Leasing, and Asset Finance.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 400,00kr - 450,00kr per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 214 32 Malmö: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
