About the Role

Infront Direkt Studios is seeking a talented and dedicated Video Producer to join our small but powerful team. Located in central Stockholm, we operate three studios on Kungsgatan and engage in both studio and fieldwork. Our team is passionate about creating professional, inviting studio environments for both viewers and guests.

As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for all aspects of video production, from managing studio setups to filming and editing content. You will work closely with clients and participants, ensuring a friendly and professional experience. This role requires reliability, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Main responsibilities:

Manage video production, including filming, editing, and file handling.
Ensure reliability and professionalism in customer and participant interactions.
Work with both Apple (i OS) and Microsoft (Windows) products in a mixed ecosystem.
Film using Sony and Black Magic Design cameras.
Edit videos using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Utilize Black Magic Design technology and manage live broadcasts with Wirecast.
Operate studio equipment including teleprompters, i Pads, and screens to create an inviting studio environment.
Maintain good knowledge of Adobe tools and a basic understanding of camera technology.
Manage studio environments, including lighting, microphones, camera setup, and guest coordination.
Handle fieldwork setups, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and camera handling for quick-turnaround projects.
Participate in both recorded and live interview-based events, in studio and on the field.
Collaborate with third-party solutions for larger company needs.
Support podcast production in the studio.
Contribute to social media activity and creative content creation on platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube Shorts.
Work as part of a team to develop new formats and show material primarily on You Tube.

Who you are

At least 3 years of experience in studio productions and on-location video production.
Meticulous attention to detail with a strong ambition to deliver high-quality work.
Ability to handle high-pressure and stressful situations effectively.
Professional, yet personal and fun attitude, aligning with Direkt Studios' culture.
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability as a team member.
Shared responsibility for all aspects of the studio environment.
High ambition and creativity in your work.
Active contribution to the social aspects of the workplace.
Business fluency in both English and Swedish.
