What is a VIE?
It’s an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School.
To apply for this V.I.E assignment you need to fulfil the following criteria:
- International Graduates (European citizens) aged between 18 - 28 years old with an average of 12 months of professional experience
- Higher education level (master’s degree)
- Fluent in English
- International profile (work experience or studies abroad)
- Eager to continue your career abroad
This is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts for 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. The position is not open to applicants already based in Stockholm, Sweden. For more information on the V.I.E program’s specificities please visit

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Global Consumer Insights team are strategic business partners to the Brand Teams across all of these brands and their role is to inspire consumer love and empathy through consumer closeness and by being the voice of the consumers, making consumer data and insights available, informing, actionable and inspiring. The Consumer Insights vision is: Everything we do is guided and inspired by a real and deep understanding and strong empathy for our consumers.
As a Consumer Insights Analyst at TAG, you help will deliver our Vision by:
- Working with the Global Insights Managers to work as a strategic business partner, leveraging consumer understanding to guide and challenge strategy, planning & activation development,
- Driving Consumer Centricity, a key ingredient in The Absolut Group brand building model, across the business by putting consumers and shoppers at the heart of all decision making. Be an ambassador on the consumer voice, both in and externally,
- Developing actionable insights & enhance consumer knowledge, leading, and partnering with Marketing / Brand teams and Global CI Centers of Excellence (COEs) to unlock new approaches/frameworks for insights.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to develop TAG’s long-term ambition and strategy based on robust consumer, shopper and category insights
- Help identify innovation opportunities based on consumer insights to input to strategy and recommended action
- Support the Insights Team in testing and validating the global portfolio strategy, leading communications campaigns, winning brand concepts, packaging design, format innovation, wetgoods, and optimal portfolio ranges with consumers
- Collaborate with the four HQ COE CI teams to support and manage our Marketing teams in using our in-house CI tools to generate relevant Insights
- Actively engage in industry research and trends, anticipating future consumers or market needs and share those insights and learnings throughout the team.
- Help manage our Consumer Councils across the brands to gain valuable qualitative insights on our inanities on an ongoing basis

Your skills:
- Be able to build strong consumer relationship and delivering consumer-centric solutions
- Engage partners, build partnerships – internal & external – and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Be a trusted advisor with a strong affinity for action, pro-actively participate in strategic and tactical decision making
- Extract value from info, connect sources and communicate Data / Insights in relatable, memorable, and persuasive stories & effective visualization
Your qualifications:
- University Degree/ Business School Master in Marketing/Communication
- Relevant business experience from FMCG sector in an international organization
- Leadership skills and project management skills and experience
- Strong interest in social media and communication
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
