VP Marketing and Communication – Troax Group
Troax Group is looking for an experienced leader within marketing and communication who has a proven track record in developing and driving B2B marketing and internal communication.
About the position
Troax Group is the globally leading provider of indoor safety protection for manufacturing and warehousing environments. We operate in a decentralized structure with three regions and one business unit for New business to ensure efficient execution of our strategy. To deliver on the strategy, Troax Group is forming a new marketing and communication community out of various existing departments. Hence, we are now recruiting a VP of Marketing and Communication who will be part of the Group´s Management team and lead the marketing and communication teams globally.
Key Responsibilities
As the VP of Marketing and Communication, you will play a crucial role in advancing our marketing and communication efforts to all key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees. You will lead the development of the Group’s narrative, messaging, and differentiation across brands and channels, while ensuring effective internal communication.
You will shape and drive our global marketing strategy, creating a cohesive plan with brand-specific guidelines. Your responsibilities include enhancing internal communications, leveraging digital tools for maximum impact, and producing compelling content for various platforms. Leading the global marketing community, you will establish innovative ways of working and set policies and systems to achieve our vision. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and elevate our marketing and communication efforts.
The location for this position is flexible at one of our sites in the Group, but preferably at our HQ in Sweden. You will report to the President and CEO of Troax Group. The role will include travel as Troax Group is a global company with sales and supply across the world.
Your profile
We are looking for an exceptional leader in Marketing and Communications with a proven track record of creating impactful strategies that drive results. You are commercially driven, strategic, and hands-on, thriving in leadership roles where you can guide and inspire your team to achieve greatness.
You possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills, and are fluent in English.
Personally, we believe you are driven, result-oriented, and persistent, with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Your strong leadership and communication skills, combined with a solid foundation for identifying necessary processes and guidelines, make you the ideal candidate to take our marketing and communications to the next level.
Profile:

• University degree or similar experience
• Extensive experience in managerial position within Marketing and Communication (at least 8 years)
• Experience from working both B2B and B2C
• Experience from working with successful marketing campaigns, SEO, web analytics, Google Adwords, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
• Experience leading and generating change
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
