• Represent the Surface Division in the Epiroc Marketing Council.

• Mentor and recruit top talent, ensuring a strong succession plan.

• Promote diversity and inclusion within the team.

• Partner with Epiroc China teams on local brand development and marketing projects.

• Manage P&L, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

• Implement controls and KPIs to monitor performance.

• Oversee portfolio management and rationalization.

• Allocate marketing resources efficiently and analyze ROI of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Proven leadership experience, especially with remote teams.
• Strong grasp of global market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
