JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a new electric mobility technology and solutions brand that is aiming to satisfy the global demand for premium electric vehicles. Their work comes to life in products and services from world leading brands Swedish automotive brands..
Description of the assignment
You will be part of our clients Wheel Suspension development team located within the Chassis & Electrical Drive unit and be responsible for the development of suspension platform of future vehicles.

• Study together with Wheel Suspension team current and future platform concepts
• Close cooperation with the the Attribute teams e.g. Vehicle Dynamics or Durability
• Represent your system area on packaging meetings
• Create industrializable concept- and platform parts in CAD
• Create and execute kinematic models for package studies
• Perform K&C analysis on suspension layouts
• Perform FEM analysis on suspension components
• Create and maintain structure in Team Center

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in mechanical-, mechatronics-or automotive engineering
• Minimum 3-year experience from Chassis System Development
• Deep knowledge and understanding of wheel suspension technical development
• Experience of attribute balancing (mainly NVH, Vehicle Dynamics, Durability, Corrosion and Brakes)
• Preferable with experience of multiple suspension systems layouts
• Preferable with experience of Motorsport projects
• Good knowledge of PDM systems, preferable Teamcenter

Software requirements: MS Office, Catia V5, Catia V5 DMU Kinematics, Team Center, Adams, Ansys, Matlab Simulink.
