Graduate GTP/Full-Time Analyst

Interested in working financial services, and have a passion for data, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

• develop cutting-edge solutions for managing sensitive information
• participate in the analysis of business problems
• work with experienced technical Subject Matter Experts in the design process
• support the complex day-to-day data management and analytics process

You’ll be working in the Data Architecture and Services team in Zurich. We are a global team that provides innovative solutions to manage sensitive data. The solution portfolio ranges from data analysis over data transformation to AI based data generation. The team is international, with footprints in three continents.

We’re a team of fun-loving experts, always looking out for the next person able to support us on our journey.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has previous experience with Python and an interest in latest AI technologies
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.

Start date: July 2025

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
