Your role
Are you interested in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team? Are you very well organized and enjoy taking ownership for your own task portfolio? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function and region forward?

- provide support to the central Chief of Staff team to aid in the preparation of material for executive level stakeholders
- be involved in governance activities, e.g. minuting management meetings, tracking and following up with the actions
- help coordinate employee events, creating the material to spread the word
- be involved in planning, writing and editing articles and announcements
- tackle small projects from start to finish
Your team
You will be part of the Technology Services Chief of Staff team in Zurich and will have a strong interaction with Technology Services Management team and the regional management forum. We interact with people across the firm and this role is a unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute and get exposed to a wide variety of tasks, from governance support to reporting and communications.

- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- is a team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with interacting with colleagues at all levels
- has a very organized and structured working style with distinct planning and execution abilities; is confident working autonomously
- is in good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point), and a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- pays attention to detail, with strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

This paid internship will last 12 months . You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
