Le Jardin Thaï is the Thai restaurant of Hotel Alpha-Palmiers By Fassbind, with a capacity of 90 covers. It has been established as the reference for an excellent Thaï culinary experience in Lausanne. For the past 20 year, Le Jardin Thaï, has created its own reputation and it is time for us to keep progressing, growing and giving a new, yet traditional thaï cuisine experience to our customers. A Thai experienced Cook (M/F)
Job Description for our Cook:
À la carte cuisine at the Thai restaurant (cutting meat, cooking with a wok, mastering different curries, decorative cutting of fruits and vegetables)
Production kitchen for banquets from 20 to 250 people
Preparation of cocktails and buffets
Half board for groups
Pastry shop
Order control
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in Thailand
· Previous experience controlling food and costs
· Previous experience with demonstration cooking, menu development
· Passion for leadership and teamwork
· Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
· Excellent guest service skills
