Mission
To support customer development as part of our wholesale growth we are seeking a full-time Area Manager for Switzerland and Austria, based in Zürich.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Customer Acquisition & Sales: Manage and grow customer relationships and portfolios, oversee orders, and ensure efficient sales processes.
  • Order & Delivery Management: Monitor deliveries, replenishments, and reorders. Create sales and reorder proposals, manage telesales, and generate reports.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting: Develop and analyze sales reports, track best sellers, and assist with special projects as needed.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our sales strategy and wholesale success.
Profil
To excel as an Area Manager, you should be confident, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive, independent mindset. Key qualifications include:
  • Experience in wholesale, especially in fashion/textiles
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle pressure and competing demands
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
