Job Description

• Ensure the accuracy of General Ledger accounting entries and reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and local requirements.
• Define, implement, and coordinate accounting treatments for complex and/or exceptional transactions by collaborating with business partners and corporate controllership.
• Ownership of Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow Statement: responsibility for Budget vs Actuals analysis, overall forecasting, and associated process improvements in collaboration with the other IMPO A&R teams.
• Champion operational improvements by optimizing workflows, supporting automation, and identifying ways to live into technology enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Champion process improvements and automation, identify ways to live into technology enhancements and deployment of digital solutions to increase efficiency.
• Support audit requests in collaboration with Compliance team.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in finance/economics with +5 years of proven experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently within a virtual organization.
• Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact all management levels.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
• Self-motivated and keen to grow and develop.
