Job Description
The Revenue Forecasting and Analytics Lead includes two main types of mission: - Revenue Forecasting : guarantee excellence and results.

• Develop, refine, and manage a comprehensive revenue forecasting process for wholesale operations. Ensure accurate, timely, tailored and actionable forecasts.
• Collaborate with finance, buying, planning, supply chain, sales, and sales operations teams to ensure alignment between revenue forecasts and operational plans.
• Implement and manage advanced tools and systems to match supply with demand, with predictive analytics to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
• Lead a team of 3 experienced forecasting analysts.
• Present forecast updates to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations, dashboards, reporting.

• Analytics Lead : drive change, bring the best analytic vision.

• Provide high proficiency in Excel, Micro Strategy, Dataiku and data lakes with the ability to maneuver large volumes of data into final end user reports including revenue forecasts, customer delivery forecasts and exceptional management views.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and operational alignment. Implement best practices, new technologies, and process improvements.
Evaluate emerging tools, techniques and technologies that can deliver enhanced revenue forecasting, on time customer deliveries and operational/user efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
To achieve Revenue forecasting and Analytics missions, the following are expected:

• 2+ years experience in revenue forecasting/financial analysis

• Proficiency in coordinating operational functions and forecast management for multiple countries and a large customer base is essential

• Track record of working with Dataiku, data lakes, and Micro Strategy

• Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies and trends in data analytics to drive improvements

• People management experience. FMCG / luxury / retail background nice to have.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
