About our client

Our client is an entrepreneurial DACH mid-cap buyout fund with an excellent track record across 3 main verticals: Healthcare, Digitalisation and Environmental Transformation.

Established by a group of entrepreneurs and investment professionals, their purpose is to achieve financial returns by taking majority stakes in businesses and promoting social and ecological impact objectives.

The fund has a very strong momentum: they recently had a first close of their third fund, secured a first investment, and is working on multiple leads ahead of 2025. What the job involves

• Involvement in the whole private equity deal cycle: from active sourcing and execution work
• Financial and commercial analysis of opportunities, preparation of investment committee documentation
• Monitoring and managing of existing investments: support value creation initiatives and report on progress and performance
• Hands on work and close interaction with the senior team members in Zurich

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience from an investment bank, strategy consultancy (PE Ring Fenced / PIPE) and/or private equity, with strong commercial and/or financial modelling skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and represent the firm accordingly
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial and ambitious character with a genuine passion for investing
• Native-level German and English language skills are required
