To strengthen our team in Switzerland (Romandy region), we are looking for an Automation Engineer (M/F/X).
About the project:
- Design, develop, and implement automation systems for pharmaceutical production processes, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
- Oversee the installation, validation, and qualification of automated systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC).
- Manage the automated systems.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance of automated systems.
- Conduct risk analyses and Change Control for automation systems.
- Draft and maintain technical documentation, including qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and validation reports.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest innovations in industrial automation and propose continuous improvements.
- Degree in engineering (automation, electrical, mechanical, or related field).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial process automation, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Expertise in SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems.
- Experience in validating and qualifying automated systems, with strong knowledge of IQ, OQ, PQ protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team, with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of sterile pharmaceutical production systems is a plus.
- Fluent in French, with professional English proficiency.
