Job Description

• Handle the processing, confirmation, and reconciliation of transactions.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions in processing for non-standard or specialized operations (including bonds, money market, FX, Gold, and derivative instruments).
• Address confirmation discrepancies and settlement issues in collaboration with the front office, custodians, and clients.
• Ensure accuracy and promptness in confirmations, settlements, and payments.
• Maintain and update settlement instructions as needed.
• Create, verify, and manage bond definitions within the trading system.
• Document processes and procedures when necessary.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal customers concerning specific activities.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in Back or Middle Office roles within a financial institution, focusing on transaction processing, instrument enrichment, and collateral processing.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments such as bonds, money market, FX, Gold, derivative instruments, and fixed income. Proficiency in any of these areas is highly beneficial.
• General understanding of and interest in IT and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging formats and Bloomberg is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
