THE ROLE
You will be the first point of contact for guests with your bold welcome
You will take care of their car and luggage, and provide transfers when necessary
You will handle requests or complaints that are made to you.
You will provide a warm, playful and sincere experience to guests, which will involve resolving their requests to guarantee them a Wow effect
Passionate about the W brand and creative
Previous experience in customer relations
Previous experience in luxury hospitality
Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication
Fluent in French and English
Genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, stage and positioning
You pay great attention to detail and are passionate about providing a memorable experience to guests.
