From design and configuration to testing and installation, as well as operation in a modern cloud environment, you and your agile and geographically distributed team are responsible for all phases of the product lifecycle. By employing best practices in requirements engineering, you will assist in defining requirements and specifications, reducing development costs and ensuring the quality of our primary application, which serves 10,000 customers in the field. In doing so, we closely collaborate with our customers in defining processes and strive for an optimal customer experience.

Analysis of complex procedures and translation of business requirements independently into an IT solution design
Close collaboration with business stakeholders and developers in the maintenance and operation of our software
Keeping the application up to date with newest technologies
Specialist advice and support at all levels (1st-3rd) with direct customer and developer interaction
Helping to identify the root cause of recurring operational problems in order to improve quality with sustainable automated solutions

Completed and/or further education in computer science/business informatics
Multiple years of experience in IT solution design within a Dev Ops setup, well-founded knowledge about requirements engineering and in testing of business use cases (user stories and tasks)
Experience with Dev Ops automation tools for deployment, testing and monitoring
Technical skills in cloud technologies (container technologies/micro services) as well as database (Postgre SQL)
