Job description

As Board Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for supervising strategic and operational activities within Mantu’s organization.

Your Role:

• Elaborate and implement Mantu’s key strategies, aligned with our growth objectives.
• Coordinate strategic projects in collaboration with C-level executives.
• Participate in the executive transformation committee to drive innovation and support Mantu’s expansion.
• Facilitate communication between top management and other departments.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze company performance and prepare reports for the Board.
• Assist the Board in managing their schedule and priorities.

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong belief in the transformative impact of AI in today's business environment.
