You will be a part of our amazing award winning Culinary team.
As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for overseeing the individual operational aspects of respective kitchen section and respective section of each subordinate associate in meeting dictated 5 star product standards. You are a rock star in the kitchen and you have drive to wow the scene.

PROFILE
3 years of Culinary experience in a 5***** luxury property and at least a year on the same level.
High school or equivalent education required (Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred).
Prioritize everyday preparation to a very high standard, which goes hand in hand with a high level of service execution and hygiene.
You should be highly motivated.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.

Position to be filled for winter season, from December 2024 to March 2025
