- Assist in the preparation of dishes according to the chef/cook's directions and recipe cards.
- Rational use of products when preparing food.
- Labeling of products, semi-finished and ready-made meals placed for storage in the refrigerator, freezer and other storage areas.
- Compliance with hygienic and sanitary requirements in the kitchen, food and equipment storage areas, and sanitary premises.
- Careful and rational operation of equipment, inventory, compliance with safety regulations.
- Cleaning the work area and kitchen areas.
- Experience working as a cook in a restaurant or in a family is welcome (possible after completing your culinary studies)
- Perfect knowledge of the Russian language, English/French is welcome.
- Possession of an EU passport or work permit in Switzerland.
- Availability of annual medical examination results
- Permanent contract (50%)
- Flexible weekend schedule, 24 hours a week.
- Possible business trips to France.
- Proximity of residence.
Pay: From CHF2’500.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
Experience:
- Chef: 1 year (Preferred)
- Russian (Required)
