Position Summary

Nestlé Professional is a Business to Business (B2B) division of Nestlé that specializes in providing Food and Beverage solutions to the Foodservice Industry operators.

Your role as a Commercial Development Analyst Trainee will involve implementing global strategies for the Sales and Customer area of the Nestlé Professional's Strategic Business Unit.

A Day in the Life of a Commercial Development Analyst Trainee

Build performance reports of the global Nestlé Professional Share Point
Manage Power BI and advanced analytical techniques for in-depth insight extraction and follow-up of the different digital platforms’ KPIs for the organization
Coordinate and support the development of commercial best practices material for the Nestlé Professional Academy by creating analysis reports, leveraging insights of Channel and Customers and co-create commercial best practices material
Develop and implement the Communications plan to foster engagement of usage and growth number of users of the global knowledge platform: Nestlé Professional Academy
Conduct data-based analysis and industry research on Operators and Channels by conducting SWOT analysis, gathering performance data to build profiles for Sales and Marketing organization
Ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly experience for users, while upholding a high standard of quality in the global platform Nestlé Professional Academy
Efficiently manage internal inquiries, propose enhancements to site features, resolve issues, and deliver support to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in administrative tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers for the development and deployment of projects

What will make you successful

Student or fresh graduate with a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Analysis or Business Development
Proactive and autonomous with a growth mindset to continuously bring new ideas
Outstanding organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong knowledge and previous use of Power BI, Sharepoints and other Digital platforms like Power Apps are a plus.
Hands-on experience using R or Python for solving analytical problems, in the field of Machine Learning.
Flexible, solution-focused, and capable of working independently
Proficiency in English (written and spoken), French or/and Spanish being an asset
Understanding of the Out-of-Home (OOH) industry being an asset
