Tasks

• Daily production and execution of recipes in a production kitchen environment
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Production manager to execute daily tasks and improve processes
• Food preparation for catering, events and other
• Bring good vibes to our kitchen crew
• Support in the menu and concept of our pop up
• Support in recipe elaboration, execution and control support.
• We value teamwork and deliver the best results that meet customer expectations
• Support in receiving/handling/replenishment/storage procedures for dry and fresh products
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inventory and minimize material waste
• Compliance with HACCP - Organize, clean and sanitize the walk-in refrigerator and all storage areas
• Familiarize yourself with the correct use, maintenance and care of all equipment at each station.
• Participation in continuous on-site training to improve individual and team performance
• Responsible work

Requirements

Minimum kitchen experience (production kitchen experience is a plus)

Kitchen studies or similar

A young and dynamic mindset, willing to learn and work in a collaborative team

English is a must!

Swiss or EU passport

Working permit is a must
