UNICEF's Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) has ambitious goals to deliver on income and influence. Donor engagement is an important driver of income – particularly for high value donors, partners and prospects (corporates, philanthropy, membership, legacy pledgers and foundations) and offers a compelling way to bring UNICEF's programmes to life in an interactive way.
The Supporter Content Team in the Marketing and PR Services section at UNICEF PFP seeks the services of an experienced, skilled, high value fundraising support professional to support the development and delivery of more online engagement virtual/immersive events and comms moments that will enable UNICEFs fundraising markets to bring high value donors and partners the kind of experiences that demonstrate the impact their support to UNICEF brings for children without the carbon footprint on travelling.
This role will support the ongoing normalisation of the Global and Bespoke Virtual Experience/Immersive programme, supporting fundraising markets to enrich partners’ experience at all stages of the acquisition, cultivation, stewardship, and retention journey; as well as expanding into new donor audiences. The role will also provide support to markets exploring this engagement modality for the first time, providing the necessary capacity building modules and brainstorming opportunities. The role will triage enquiries and monitor analytics to feed into new events and content, as well as evidence based reporting.
The role aims to strengthen UNICEF's position in a competitive engagement and fundraising environment by bringing donors closer to UNICEF’s mandate. It will work across UNICEF's high value channels, liaising with PFP Fundraisers, National Committees, Country Offices, Regional Offices, Emergency and Virtual Experience Task Forces; and providing project and relationship liaison, coordination, communication, and facilitation to a suite of suppliers building the tech to drive the new experiences.

Provide support to Country Operations and markets exploring this technology for the first time. Advocate and triage content available in other UNICEF offices, making these accessible to fundraising markets through We Share and other platforms/events.
