About the job :
To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a C&Q HVAC Engineer (m/f) to start asap.
As a HVAC Engineer, You will be responsible for the commissioning and qualification of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in critical environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the Commissioning and Qualification activities for HVAC systems in pharmaceutical facilities, including the development of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
  • Oversee functional testing, verifications, and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with technical and regulatory specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, technical staff, and subcontractors to ensure efficient commissioning and qualification.
  • Ensure complete documentation of qualification activities, including test reports and certificates of compliance.
  • Participate in design and installation reviews of HVAC systems to ensure compliance from the early stages of the project.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure the reliability and efficiency of HVAC systems.
About you:
  • Engineering degree in HVAC, energy, or a related field.
  • First experience in a similar role, with expertise in Commissioning and Qualification in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality requirements.
  • Skills in drafting IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and managing complex technical projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and rigor.
  • French and English
