We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Level 1 Support Specialist to join our team in providing essential support services to our clients in the justice sector. As a Level 1 Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive timely assistance, resolve their issues effectively, and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Responsabilities:

Call Handling: Answer incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner, effectively addressing their concerns and inquiries.
Knowledge Base Utilization: Utilize the knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve known issues efficiently, ensuring that clients' tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
Stress Management: Demonstrate the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally, maintaining composure and providing quality support under pressure.
User Orientation: Maintain a strong focus on delivering a user-centered experience by understanding and addressing clients' needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Rapid Learning: Exhibit a strong aptitude for rapid learning, as you will be expected to adapt quickly to new technologies, procedures, and tools that may be introduced within the client’s domain.

You are studying in Switzerland
You are fluent in German and English/ french (written & Speaking) We will test it in the interview.
