Ticketing Customer Relations Coordinator

THE POSITION
- Support the Customer Relationship Management sub-teams in delivering General Public and Group Sales ticketing strategy, requirements management, communication, and customer service solutions
- Manage documentation (drafting, reviewing, translating)
- Coordinate meetings (booking, minute-taking, note distribution)
- Maintain CRM document archives
- Facilitate communication among team members and with stakeholders
- Perform back-office ticketing system tasks
- Participate in benchmarking activities and contribute to ticketing strategy development
- Deliver high-quality customer care to General Public and/or Group Sales customers via various channels
- Support the creation and distribution of one-to-one and mass communications, as well as ticket sales collaterals, to optimize customer communication, drive sales, and minimize inquiries
- Support the gathering and management of customer requirements
- Support the definition and implementation of sales channel requirements, including user acceptance testing and reporting
- Conduct thorough debriefing activities and compile comprehensive debrief documents, including lessons learned.
