• Liaising with customs authorities
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations
• Classifying goods for customs declaration
• Calculating customs duties and taxes
• Preparing and submitting customs declarations
• Advising customers on customs procedures
• Arranging for payment of duties and taxes
• Entering charges into our Transport Management System ( TMS )
• Must stay current and understand all of our special operating procedures ( SOP`s )

• Previous experience in Customs procedures / Regulations
• Customs & Trade compliance school would be a plus, but not mandatory
• Deep understanding of Swiss Custom laws
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in one of our Local Languages ( German, French or Italian)
• Effective oral and written communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Good organisational skills and pay attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
