Join our team as we develop our SME IT Solution for the Swiss SME Market. This role will allow you to spearhead cloud innovation, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and architecting solutions that will shape the future of our managed SME IT Solution. You will work alongside a supportive and open-minded team dedicated to staying ahead of the curve to reach our growth goals.

Design, build and scale the SME IT Solution, ensuring high availability, reliability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Operations and Security) to define product features, roadmap and technical strategies
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cloud-native technology and contribute to the continuous improvement of our SME IT Solution
Developement and continuous improvement of automation solutions to enable teams to build and deploy code efficiently and consistently
Monitor and manage application performance and quality of service, including initial repair, root cause identification and problem resolution

Understanding of the SME IT needs is a benefit
