Executive MBA Program Coordination Intern (100%) / February 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025
The Job's Mission

We are looking for a dynamic intern to support the Executive MBA program delivery department. Our EMBA program is delivered virtually and face-to-face.
Key activities & accountabilities
Supporting the EMBA Program Manager and EMBA Program Coordinators in the following areas:
- Delivery of the EMBA programs with high-level service and world-class standards
- Coordination of the program deliverables and gather teaching material from Faculty members and liaise with other internal departments (marketing, communication, F&B, etc.)
- Learning management system to support participants’ learning experience
- Answer requests from the participants during the virtual and face-to-face sessions
- Carry out general administrative tasks (supplier contracting, NDA, purchase orders, invoicing, and other duties)
- Support the delivery of virtual sessions and webinars
Formula for success
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, or marketing
- Other business management certification with strong experience in a multicultural customer relations role also possible

- Excellent English and good French; other languages are an advantage
