EF Education First, the world leader in international education, is looking for a resourceful, organized and relationship-oriented Employee Engagement & Recruitment Coordinator with strong communication skills to join EF's in-house Travel department. In this role, you will be a member of the department's Recruitment, Training, and Development team and support our vision to empower every individual to have a 'WE' mindset regardless of office location and role. You will report to the Training, Recruitment & Development Manager.
- Communication - collaborating with all teams across EF Travel and contributing to the improvement of our internal communication
- Recruitment - managing first phone screens and handling administrative recruitment & onboarding tasks
- Engagement - playing an active role in department initiatives for increased engagement and establishing relationships with other central EF teams to promote and facilitate in-office events

Training - supporting development of online training material and handling background checks in preparation for staff tour enrollments
- Ideally experienced in recruitment, training or communication tools and processes
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize amongst multiple responsibilities
- Able to create excitement and buy in around initiatives
- Independent with a "can-do" attitude towards taking initiative, owning new tasks and overcoming challenges
- Attention to detail when working administrative tasks
- Flexible to work some evenings and to travel to visit other EF offices
