Engineering Manager - HR Technology and Solutions

Join the engineering team of our HR domain to deliver efficient and innovate solutions
Manage the delivery value chain and deployment pipeline with Product Managers and System Designers whilst leading engineering efforts following lean, agile, and Dev Ops principles
Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business and technology implications based on the application of engineering methodology to the current environment
Oversee and support the process of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to ensure clear and concise specifications including evaluating feasibility, identifying potential risks, and defining mitigation strategies
Support the ongoing operation and steer incident, problem, change and request management processes

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable experience
Experience in engineering management or similar (e.g. IT Project Management), and in requirement engineering
Strong sense of software quality through design, code, and test
Knowledgeable in agile principles organizational design, and continuous delivery methodologies
Active hands-on delivery experience in modern Dev Ops practices, including flow management, value stream mapping, and Agile methodologies with Azure Dev Ops for project management and delivery
Knowledge in software programming languages (C#, Python, Power Shell, or similar) is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new practices for continuous improvement
Effective English skills in translating complex technology solutions, German is an asset
