• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machines and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective measures to prevent future breakdowns.

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to avoid unplanned downtime.
• Document maintenance activities and adjust plans based on equipment performance and historical data.

• Analyze the performance of machines and equipment, making suggestions for improvement, upgrades, or replacements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement technical improvements and process optimizations.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Keep accurate records of all maintenance tasks, including repair logs, technical manuals, and work orders.
• Report to management on the condition of equipment, maintenance activities, and improvement opportunities.

• Manage the spare parts inventory, as well as tools and equipment, to ensure key components are always available.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to order necessary parts and materials.

• Provide technical training to other maintenance personnel and machine operators to ensure proper use and care of equipment.
• Support less experienced technicians by offering guidance and expertise.

• Technical education or certification in maintenance, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• A completed apprenticeship in machinery maintenance is an advantage.

• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience working with maintenance tools, diagnostic systems, and software for planning and tracking maintenance tasks.
• Experience with robotic cells is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and their application in production environments.

• Good working knowledge of English (both written and spoken) is required to understand technical documentation and communicate with international teams.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.

• Accurate documentation and adherence to all safety and quality standards when performing tasks.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple maintenance tasks and schedules.

• Possible physical demands, such as lifting and moving heavy equipment.
• Working in environments with electrical systems, water pipes, and laboratory chemicals.
• Occasional international travel may be required.
