BARÇA Academy is seeking enthusiastic and experienced soccer coaches to join our team for the upcoming Autumn camp in Basel. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young athletes and learn from FC Barcelona coaches. Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor young soccer players, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Assist FC Barcelona coaches in implementing training sessions and activities
• Ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all camp participants
• Monitor and support the progress of each camper
• Participate in camp events and activities as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in playing and/or coaching soccer
• Enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and be guided by FC Barcelona coaches
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be able to make Coaches meeting which will take place on Sunday, October 6th in the afternoon for 2 hours
• Must be available for the entire duration of the camp (October 7-11) 800-1615 everyday

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: 700 CHF for the entire week
• Two FC Barcelona coach t-shirts, one pair of shorts as the uniform for the week
