Stellenbeschreibung
For a new branch in Basel we are looking for a branch manager:
Your main tasks are:

• Management and coordination of the Basel branch and team
• With the help of tactical market entry and positioning of ESL
• Ensuring productivity, quality and customer service
• Ensure effective communication with customers and partners
• Personal advice and offer for language trips
• Expanding market positioning in Basel
• Responsible for achieving targets and maximizing sales in the branch
• Implementation and creation of local marketing measures
• Organisation of information events and trade fair appearances

Qualifikationen
Your profile:
Your professional skills

• You have experience in commercial and sales areas, preferably in the tourism/travel agency sector
• Ideally, you have some experience in managing an office and building up sales
• You have experience and ideas in setting up marketing activities
• Fluent in Swiss German and good written and spoken English

Your personal skills

• You are an open, dynamic and curious person with team spirit
• You show great commitment, initiative and flexibility
• You have an affinity for high quality services and customer care
• You have travel experience and enjoy discovering other cultures
