MCI Switzerland is looking for a Finance Assistant !

We are looking for a Finance Assistant, someone starting out in their professional career – 1 to 2 years’ professional experience.
Day-to-day Responsibilities will include:

• Process bookkeeping of
  • AR & AP invoices
  • Bank transactions
• Match invoices with payments
• Payments runs
• Monthly Bank reconciliation
• Liaising with operations by resolving all queries
• Support to administrative tasks
• Contribute to annual and half year closing

What skills & qualities are we looking for?

• Accounting degree “Diplôme d’aide-comptable”, or proven accounting background
• Knowledge of Swiss accounting and bookkeeping procedures and rules
• Good technical, organisational and analytical skills – work fast and well (no errors in bookkeeping)
• Works well within team environment, but also autonomous (home office)
• Proven experience within similar role is a plus
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly with Excel
• Knowledge of Proconcept accounting system is a plus
• English required (B2)
• Incredible attention to detail to catch errors
• Curious and business oriented
• Multitasks
• Be able to manage priorities
