For a dynamic small Swiss company specialized in sustainable manufacturing we are looking for a Finance Controller

Job Description

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Manage and comply with Swiss local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Research technical accounting and finance issues to ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Handle complex reconciliations and capitalisation schedules (inventory, development cost, production cost absorption)
• Perform detailed data analysis to support financial decisions
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Provide support for quarter-end and year-end close activities, in collaboration with the Senior Accountant

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting/Finance is a must
• Certified Public Accountant is highly valued
• 3-5 years of experiences in a similar position
• Fluent in English, German & French are a plus
• ERP key user and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong ability to handle large data sets and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently while ensuring communication and information sharing within the team
• Organised and structured approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and energetic mindset - everything is possible!
