An insight to the role

• Collaborate with the business leadership to understand the business needs and preferences, which will guide the entire e-commerce financial strategy.
• Develop a comprehensive plan that includes market analysis, financial projections, and a strategy implementation roadmap.
• Assess different e-commerce platforms and technologies and work closely with the exective management (primarily CIO and CFO) to find the best fit.
• Drive the integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline operations and data management.
• Work closely with FP&A and BI teams keeping track of performance analytics, website traffic, and product performance to continually optimize the e-commerce experience.
• Ensure financial rigor and asset protection.
• Oversee accounting and financial controlling activities at our commercial location, manage invoice processes, sales and margin performance, monthly and year-end processes, reporting, and internal controls.
• Support FP&A Manager in global projects' execution.
• Participate actively in the annual budgeting and planning process as well as rolling forecast.
• Effectively communicate and support our teams to optimize financial processes, systems, reporting, and activities within our commercial units. Be an active ambassador or collaboration across all levels of the business.

Key success factors

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in finance, with a significant portion in an e-commerce or consumer technology environment.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and MS Office Suite. Experienced with financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• People Orientation: Able to adapt communication style to work effectively alongside diverse teams.
• Tactical Approach: Combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Meticulousness: Pay attention to details in financial processes.
