Finance Transformation Intern (12 months)
Do you want to be an actor of this journey and add real value to our stakeholders?
The Finance intern is supporting our Finance transformation roadmap of the Skyguide Finance department. This small team of experienced Process and Systems experts is looking for a highly motivated team player that is looking to develop and strengthen their skillset in organizational change methods. We offer the opportunity to apply these skills hands-on in collaboration with our operational support functions in a welcoming environment.

Your responsibilities:
Support the Skyguide Finance Methods and Tools team of experienced internal consultants and
  • Contribute to the formalization of the business cases of our key strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of performance dashboards and reports.
  • Contribute to the documentation of our financial processes and procedures.


Your profile:
  • Position for a student in ongoing or master's degree studies in Management, Finance and Accounting or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Management Consulting or Financial Audit is a plus
  • Open-minded team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn with can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under supervision
  • Fluent in English, good command in German or French is a plus

When: 01.01.2025 for 12 months
