Job Description
The Finance transformation project manager will assist a team in charge of implementing the new treasury system of the group which includes :

• Assist the Treasury Process Lead for the implementation of the Treasury Management System and the Swift Net connectivity:
• Collect & document the business requirements and master data
• Document the system specification
• Setup the system and assist IT for the integration with other systems (e.g. SAP..)
• Define the testing plan, perform tests and assist business for final UAT
• Document and perform training
• Design any supportive documentation for the project management
• Participate to the project management meetings (internals and externals)
• Participate to the administration and maintenance of the treasury tools
• Assist with other treasury projects and initiatives (SAP, Payment Gateway, Swift contract, e Banking, ...)

The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance transformation project manager will come with the following background and experience :

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience of a finance system implementation - treasury-related or not
• Change management mindset
• Knowledge of SAP S4Hana
• Very comfortable with systems and processes
• Solution oriented
• Ability to synthetize complex issue and define remediation plan
• Comfortable with finance and accounting
• Fluent in English, Frnch would be a big asset
• Location in Geneva
• Team player, collaborative spirit, curious and enthusiastic
• Good organization and problem-solving skills
