Fitness Sales Specialist

As a Fitness Sales Specialist at F45 Training Quai du Seujet, you will combine your passion for fitness with your knack for sales. This role involves driving membership growth, engaging with potential and current members and delivering energetic group fitness classes. We are looking for someone who thrives on challenges, is highly motivated and has a charismatic personality. The ideal candidate will have grit, perseverance and the ability to inspire members to commit to their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Sales & Member Acquisition :
- Lead Generation : Actively pursue potential new members through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, community outreach, cold calls and online inquiries
- Sales Process : Guide prospects through the entire sales process — from initial contact to membership sign-up. This includes conducting studio tours, explaining membership options and addressing any concerns
- Follow-Up : Consistently engage with leads via phone, email or in-person to nurture relationships and close sales
- Member Retention : Engage with current members to understand their needs and encourage membership renewals or upgrades
- Promotional Activities : Assist in the development and execution of sales promotions, events and challenges designed to attract new members and boost studio revenue
- Team Sales Support : Collaborate with all coaches to ensure they are well-prepared to engage with new joiners and convert them into members. Provide guidance on who to approach, what pricing to offer and how to close the sale
- Class Instruction : Lead high-energy, motivating F45 group training sessions, ensuring all members receive a safe, effective and enjoyable workout experience
- Member Engagement : Build strong relationships with class participants, offering personalized attention and fostering a sense of community within the studio
- Studio Standards : Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the studio before, during and after classes
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated on F45 training methodologies and fitness trends to deliver the highest standard of coaching
1) Experience :
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a fitness, health, or wellness environment
- A desire to pursue or already hold a fitness certification from a recognized organization
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficient in both English and French, additional language a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others, both in sales and with their fitness goals
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of fitness industry trends and customer needs
- Grit, perseverance and a relentless drive to succeed
- Friendly, outgoing, engaging and able to build strong relationships with members and prospects
- Highly motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to take on different roles as needed in a startup environment
- Competitive hourly wage/salary based on experience and qualifications
