This position reports to the Senior Manager Demand Planning Excellence, Global and must be based in Zug, Switzerland.

What you will do
Planning is one of the critical foundational pillars identified by Kenvue Operations strategy that is essential to building the world’s best in class supply chain. Planning forms a pivotal role in the synchronization of our E2E Supply Chain to meet our customer demands efficiently and effectively as well as improving our cashflow through optimizing our working Capital. At the same time, we need to ensure that we are anticipating future trends and disrupters and building capabilities to leverage and take advantage of these being agile enough to ensure we adapt and use this as a competitive advantage.
Part of the Global Plan Excellence Team, the Integrated Business Planning team is focused on developing the strategic direction for Kenvue on the DP, S&OP to IBP and Cash Journey. The team is looking at developing existing capabilities and processes, bringing new advanced capabilities as well as leading cultural change to embed Integrated Business Planning throughout the business. The team works hand in hand with the various regional planning leaders, commercial leaders, as well as finance around the globe.
The Manager, Global Demand Planning Excellence will work on the Demand Planning agenda across Kenvue owned by the team, will be accountable for developing, implementing, and enforcing global demand planning processes, forecasting and reporting tools and capabilities to support Kenvue in fulfilling all relevant business KPI’s (service, accuracy, forecast value add etc.). Finally, the resource will be supporting the implementation of a cohesive digital agenda linked to Demand planning activities globally in partnership with the Regional GPe X leads, Supply chain excellence and the Demand planning community. The right candidate has a successful track record as demand planning expert. He/she is an excellent change agent, communicator, and networker, has strong analytical skills and can communicate with all audiences. He/she can build and maintain successful internal customer relationships and build credibility in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- As part of the GPEx team, the Manager, Global Demand Planning Excellence is supporting the execution of initiatives including processes and tools in the regions, following industry and company best practices.
- Responsibilities are carried out in a variety of capacities, including internal expert, as well as an influencer of change and continuous improvement. Execution of job responsibilities requires close coordination with direct manager, regional GPEx BPOs, Regional, Cluster and Market leaders involved in Demand Planning Day to day, local BPOs, and other key commercial stakeholders.
- Support the design and deployment of Demand Planning digitization agenda: processes, policies, systems, change management etc.
- Lead part of the cohesive digital agenda with the Regions linked to Demand planning and support the roll outs in the markets accordingly managing key stakeholders.
- Work with the larger team on the implementation of Plan Transformation (DP, IBP, S&OE) through communication & training to ensure content is rolled out efficiently.
- Support the Regional teams with Continuous improvement and eliminate pain points to reinforce the credibility of Demand Planning. Build capabilities across the Demand Planning and IBP teams. Create a sense of community within the function and across the Globe.
- Strategic thinking: Drive leading edge thinking partnering with the E2E capabilities team to identify future opportunities in People, Processes & systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant education within Supply chain Management (min bachelor level)/ Business.
- 5-8 years mixed Operational/Excellence demand planning experience, having worked within a matrix organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Demand Planning methods including the components of Demand and the factors influencing it.
- Experience with Planning systems or data science technology is required, experience in modules used by Kenvue (such as APO, OMP, BW, Anaplan) is preferred.
- Good understanding of business dynamics and knowledge of P&L set up (revenue/ margin/ cost drivers) within FMCG business and their interdependencies.
- Other Experience: Six Sigma, SAP ERP, reporting, analytics, MS Office tools, APICS, FPX, Anaplan, Lean Process excellence trainings or certification appreciated.
